Calendar for Gmail
Your Google Calendar and tasks on XENEON EDGE.
Calendar for Gmail is a touch-friendly CORSAIR XENEON EDGE widget for Google Calendar and Google Tasks. View your schedule in day, week, month, and year layouts; manage events, invitations, reminders, and Google Tasks from your touchscreen. This public product-information page does not require sign-in. To connect an account in the installed widget, authorization happens on Google's website in your default browser.
What it reads
The widget reads selected calendar metadata and events, Google Tasks, and—only to suggest event guests—the names, email addresses, and profile photos in your read-only Google Contacts and interaction-created Other Contacts. Google does not provide a message-frequency count. The Tasks API's “due” field is a date only and does not provide a time.
Changes you control
Only after you submit, drag, or confirm an action, Calendar for Gmail can create or reschedule an event you own, invite the guest addresses you enter, request a unique Google Meet conference, delete an event you own, answer an invitation, or complete, reopen, or delete the Google Task you selected. Guest invitations are sent using Google Calendar notifications. The widget does not create, edit, or reorganize Tasks and cannot change Contacts.
Designed to minimize data use
- Calendar for Gmail does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or your Google password.
- Calendar event, task, and contact content travels directly between the hosted widget running in iCUE and Google. The Respawn Icons sign-in service does not proxy or retain it.
- External browser links use a one-use, 60-second encrypted handoff. The service temporarily stores ciphertext but never receives the link or its decryption key in plaintext.
- Contact suggestions are held only in widget memory. Google credentials and connected-account metadata are stored in encrypted widget storage on your Windows device.
- Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
